So its coming on Summer here in Australia and i thought these cookies would be appropriate!

I didn't think they would look as good as they did seeing as tho i had never tried them before

Hope you like them!



If you look closer there are little bites taken out of the watermelon... fondant is hard to deal with when the weather is warm n it was pretty floppy so the bites were a pain Sad

hahaha yeah actually today here in syd it rained Sad but its been hot all the other days lol
the recipe is just a basic sugar cookie... and literally decorated straight on with fondant

I have a tute bookmarked to make cookies like this but using royal icing and flooding the cookies. I am thinking of making some for my birthday picnic at the end of the month.
