Did someone already suggest this? I've searched and didn't see anything and I must say that I'm surprised that there hasn't been anyone who has suggested this. Hmm....maybe I missed something.

I'm still in the midst of my first swap so I wouldn't be able to organize it. I wouldn't mind passing the torch off to someone else to organize this.

Come on folks let's do it.

I'm definitely in if we can wait till after Christmas.  I will even be able to organize by then (maybe you will too?).  I think more people will be able to sign up after the holidays are over.  I'm kind of surprised no one organized anything before the movie came out, since everyone seems to be so excited for it.

My son adores this book and is spellbound by the movie trailer.  We can hardly wait until the movie premiere!  I am definitely interested!

I couldn't help but shed a tear when I saw the movie trailer. My dad read that book to me as a kid and he even got me a wild think doll. I wish I still had it.

I just rescued two Wild Things dolls from my parents' house for my daughter (a Max, and the blue furry wild thing).

My friend found one at Goodwill and gave it to me. It may be the same blue one that you have. Does it look like a bull? He also has a beard. I've gotten into the habit of sleeping with him at night.

Yes!  That's the one!  Mine would have been headed to Goodwill if I didn't go save him.  He sits on the bookshelf with Max and the book.  I'm seriously considering doing a Wild Things bedroom for my little wild thing, but I don't know if my artistic skills are quite up to the task.

You should. I've seen some really cool rooms with the same theme. I've been wanting a Where the Wild Things Are half sleeve for awhile. I would like to get Max on my lower back. I love meaningful tattoos.

Write that down in your pirate pad.

I love that book and I'm very excited about the movie. I have all the action figures, not sure if they are Todd McFarlain (sp?) or not. A swap would be cool, but maybe after Christmas, I'm really busy right now.
