So one day I was walking through some shops and spotted a lovely, loooooong skirt in a soft, strange polka dotted fabric with satin details... marked down 70%... mine!! I was not really planning on fitting into the skirt, but when I tried it on... it did! well, it would have, if I were 15 cm taller! but since the waist was ok, I proceeded in hacking off the bottom tier to have a wearable skirt and a pile of scraps...
But I liked the polka dotted fabric... so I went and found a more or less matching fabric because the polka dots would cover my front only and I was not going to go around half naked... and totally winged my way to a wearable top:

sorry for the craptastic pics, I don't know what was wrong with my camera... these are the only ones I saved!

(sorry for the weird angle I'm standing, t does in real life fit quite well and the zip can be done up to the top, I noticed it wasn't only after I'd already changed into something else and was too lazy to re-take the pics)

I like the neckline...
