I am loving Farbenmix patterns, this one is Vida and is perfect for applique and a total blank canvas to let your imagination run wild.  the cuff are marabo sewn onto elastic so they are removable.  the leggins are just witch tights from the halloween section at walmart that I cut off the feet and serged a lettuce edge around the bottom.  The bow has maraboo in the center and skull ribbon with crystals fgor the eyes.  I used the halloween BOOtique design set from swak embroidery and the front says Never enough shoes with a supe cute pair of witch shoes on it, and the Back says BOOtique.

rainbow the farbenmix patterns have some cute shirts and pants patterns that scream embilish like this one.  they can be difficult because they are translated from german to english but there are photo guides on the net to help with that.

cool! i took a look at their website, lots of great stuff there! some of the clothes should be quite easy to make without having the pattern, i think i could modify some of the patterns that i have. or make my own..

edit, ugh, i can't get the quote box right..

there is a group on yahoo that you can get patterns at wholesale prices.  they try to do an order once a month.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FarbStudioTantrumGroup/?yguid=113566530 they also order other botique patterns and fabric sometimes.
