Here is a George Harrison afghan I made. I still haven't figured out how to finish off all the little tails in the back (notice there are no photos of that side Cheesy)

My goal is to one day finish all of four of the sections from the Andy Warhol Richard Avedon (thanks fluffypants for the correct artist) art piece. I've started John...but other projects are in the works first Wink
Thanks for looking!!

That is absolutely awesome, I've been crocheting a long time, I don't know if I would attempt something like that.  I love it.  You did a great job!!!

OMG!  AWESOME!  This totally rocks!  I can't wait to see the rest!  Excellent job!

Where did you get the pattern?  Or did you just make it up?  If you made it up, you are a Crochet Godess.... *bowing to your greatness* Even if you didn't make it up...you have an amazing talent!

*clicks This Rocks!*

This rocks! I was shocked when I saw it's crochet - it's so beautiful, and really takes my breath away how much it looks like the original. This is genius, you are one amazing crocheter!
How long did it take you to make this? How big is it? Where did the map or pattern come from? What will you do with it?
As for the back side: How about just knotting them up and sew a backing fabric on? Or frame it and hang it on your wall?

Amazing Shocked

It looks really big as well, what size is it?

And I think you would best cover the back with fabric, easiest and prettiest way I think.
