Thanks for the instructions - I'm in AZ too and I LIVE in these skirts in the summer ... but have never made one.  So comfortable and when you throw them on with a tank top and sandals, you actually look dressed up.  And of course, another great use for a repurposed sheet!

Got this piece of shrinky dink ... had it for 23 years now.  It's moved to five states and one European country ... and I just know, someday ... SOMEDAY ... I WILL use it!
