Hello!  I am super late to this swap (sorry!!!!!) but I just discovered that it even existed....I'm totally a dork!  Anywho, my name is Sarah from the lovely state of Oregon, a place of coffee snobbery and clean air (yay to both!)  I turned 23 on October 22.  I'm compulsively, passionately creative - I'm a writer/knitter/seamstress/visual artist.  I LOVE music and play guitar/piano/sing/write songs.  I desperately desire to have a lasting impact on the world--I really love to mentor youth and help them develop leadership skills.

I love to travel (lived in Paris for a bit and have been to Ireland, the UK and Mexico--I miss Europe so much it hurts), I'm a fan of things that are old (like old houses, cathedrals, books, china, whatever), epic or somewhat quirky.  I like peacocks colors, vintage/retro styles, Audrey Hepburn, abstract art, black and white photography, reading, Jane Austen, Mark Twain, Tolkien, C.S. Lewis....I am a nerd and I love nerdiness

Crafted Items:
Bright, colorful something, just not pink (lime green is my fave, but I love purple and yellow, too)
A fancy journal
A t-shirt (or anything) with the quote "Youth is not made for pleasure, but for heroism"
A long pointy knit stocking hat, like an elf hat
Any kind of hat
A bracelet
A scoodie
Scarfiness
Dangly earrings
Anything with a wombat on it
Slippers or socks
Anything surprisey!  Random and kitschy is great

Supplies:
Yarn, esp. either laceweight or super bulky
Double pointed knitting needles
A sock blocker
Fun fabrics
Trims - lace, ribbons, tape, etc
Buttons
Stencils, fabric paint, bleach pens
Anything!

Extras:
Tea
Nice pens
Stickers for my guitar case, especially destination stickers
THIS ROCKS   Logged
