I finally have somewhere I can store and see my paints! I used two old drawers from a kitchen remodel. I took off the drawer fronts and then anchored them together. i got my dad to cut out four pieces of wood to use as shelves which are just nailed in. Then i just painted the whole thing white and now I can see my paint! Smiley It holds bottles 4 deep perfectly Smiley

Very awesome - I've just decided to make this for myself for my birthday!  Thanks for the inspiration!

"I'll fix dinner right after I _______ this!  You fill in the blank: sew, hammer, glue, tack, press, cut, etch, tie, paint, draw, color, iron, solder, grout, saw, cross stitch, bend, stain, wire, build, weave.

Ooh that is such a good idea! I have a smallish box bursting with all my paints and misc items. I found a small corner shelf by the dumpster at my apartment and adopted it into my home months and months ago which I was hoping to turn into a spice rack but never panned out (or rather I was just too lazy to figure out how to mount it on the wall). Now I'll just take that shelf thing and turn it into a place to keep my paints!

Thank you for your brilliance!  Grin

Whoa. AWESOME idea!  I'm so doing this.  I have spray paint cans everywhere and I always see old dressers on the side of the road.  Thanks for sharing!
