That's so awesome!  It looks great.

This post sparked an idea for me... it would be awesome to make something like that as a curtain!  I'd love to do that in my dorm room.. I wouldn't put it up in the window, but instead as a divider between the main part of my room and the sink/closet area.  I could hang it down from a tension rod.. oooh that would be a very fun way to divide the sections. Cheesy

That's great. Where did you get those rings? Did they already have the little chain attached?

Hello! Smiley Nope, I bought them at a sewing store. Smiley Then I cut a strip of cloth and beaded those seed beeds and then the circle at the end. While doing this, I made sure I sewed each strand on the cloth, so then I just machine sew on the strip of cloth (while it's under "frame") instead of attaching each strand one by one!

The "frames" what is the "glass" made if...is it vinyl??

An easy way to add the clear vinyl that would be easy to sew, would to be to use those vinyl sheet protectors from the office supply store. They are thin enough to sew easily, and you can either make a "pouch" to slip a picture in to, or you can sew it directly to the fabric.

Great idea! I love all the picture wall hangings, and I'm further inspired to do my own.
