Hey! I love your skirt. I was wondering, did you make the petticoat under it fluffing it up, did you buy it at a store, or did you buy a home made one?

I've wanted to have something to give my skirts more of a 1950's look... but I tried just winging a petticoat once and had to throw the whole unsalvageable project out. Sad Any direction you can point me in to making my own? Do I even have the right word for what I'm thinking of?
