I just thought I'd let you know that I found a small error in the frosting directions. On round 15, the way it is written, is missing a stitch and would not give the 144 sts there are supposed to be at the end of the round. I worked it as (sc in next 6 sts, hdc in next 3 sts, dc in next 4 sts, hdc in next 3 sts, sc in next 6 sts, 2 sc in next st) around and it turned out fine. I love this pattern though and can't wait to finish it!

Hi! I really love this pattern and thanks so much for providing it to us, but I have a few quick questions and I hope you can help me on them!

My first question is on row 15 & 16 of the do-nut, it says 'both loops' but I don't really understand what you mean by 'both loops'. Then between row 33 & 34 I'm unsure on how to actually start the frosting. Do I crochet it on the do-nut the same time I make it or something else? I'm really unsure. I started crocheting only two months ago so I'm still learning many new techniques and styles. Which makes looking at the frosting pattern confusing as it states "in the front loop only of row 15 of do-nut, pull up a loop." and I'm unsure really of what that means.

Thanks so much for thank the time to answer this and I hope my question makes some sense.

If i use red heart soft yarn with size H HOOK for the donut ( not the frosting ) will it be smaller or way bigger? Or if i use red heart soft yarn what size hook should i use to achieve same size as yours. Thank you!
