Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: YES
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES, already have one.
- Is at least 18 years old: YES

Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month: YES
- Has posted at least 15 times: YES
- Has completed one swap successfully before signing up for multiple swaps at a time: YES
- Is not currently signed up for more than five swaps: YES

Details of swap:

Do you have a drawer full of jewelry that you haven't worn in years earring, necklaces, bits and pieces? Lancmaltby was inspired to organize the first round of this swap when after seeing a fellow crafter transform her old jewelry odds and ends into a beautiful necklace full of stories.

**You will be crafting 1 necklace or 1 bracelet - that will be your partners choice. The number of addons ( charms ) will be up to you and your junk jewery pile, make it interesting and have fun.  Here is your chance to really clean out your junk jewelry drawer. Please include a list or story of each charm that you add to your creation - it's fun to read where everything came from.

What style or theme jewelry do you have the pieces for (plastic charms, metal pieces, rhinesones, pearl-like, etc?)
Anything particular you don't want to receive?
Anything else you want your partner to know?

Tips to being a great swapper
1) Great communication with the organizer - there will be weekly checkins, keep reading the thread for the checkins - that's where they'll be!
2) Great communication with your partner - please pm your partner!  
3) If you are in the US, you must use a Delivery Confirmation number when you send your package!  If you are out of the US, you must keep your postal receipt when you send your package!
4) You must notify the organizer and your partner when you send and the DC# (if applicable)

Wow, this has a great crafting time. Love it. Will have to consider. Say I have old jewelry and stuff, what is the best way to attach old parts. I do have a chain necklace that would be great for adding the 'charms'. Do you just unbend present rings and reclose? I do have some small pliers somewhere.

If you can open and close the old parts then use those but if not look for the vintage looking rings/closures etc at Michaels to use. They have several new lines and in several difference finished. Such a good reason to go shopping hehe
