this all looks fantastic. I'm going to try out the cake for sure.
My little tip for scones is to use yogurt instead of milk as it is more acidic and makes the raising agents in the flour react more giving you a bigger rise and lighter airier scones. mmmm.... scones...
might have to rustle up a batch of these too!

That all looks fantastic! Just a tip about the caster sugar, In the states we call it superfine sugar, you said you use regular sugar, since you never have it on hand, the only difference is that caster is finely ground. So you can put the regular sugar in a grinder or processer and make caster sugar.
