Fiber & dye fanatic. I use wool, silk, pearls, beeswax, feathers in my creations. Let me know if you prefer vegan. I can do! Up/Re/cycled, nature & beauty inspired. Do you make beautiful natural/nature oriented stuff? Brooches, miniatures, useful items & more I would love! Let's do a swap!

I agree, ingenuous and scary. Nice job, especially that you did it without a pattern.

Aliens is one of my favorite movies too!

I'd think about accepting your challenge, loudxmouse, but still haven't made a Dalek, or Snow Bunny, or Gir....

This is SO unbelievably awesome. I am not particularly good at knitting (I do a mean... garter stitch) but this means I *have* to get better. I must have a knitted facehugger. :O Thank you so much for posting the pattern.

So cute!

'Who are YOU?' said the caterpillar.

'I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.'

velvet dragon-- the novelty of circular knitting is that you get the look of stockinette stitch by just knitting the rounds!

make some hats or socks if you have not knit in the round before. super fun!
