So I was asked by another craftster to knit an alien face-hugger for her BF. Always up to a challenge I whipped up this baby. The pattern was jotted down while I knit, so if you try to make this and have an issue, do not hesitate to email me or ravelry-message me. I will do the best to decode my pattern!

ingredients:
YARN:I used two different, worsted weight acrylic yarns. The red was red heart and the tan was caron simply soft. You can use any worsted weight yarn you have lying about. This pattern doesn't use much yarn.
NEEDLE: like most stuffed animal patterns gauge doesn't really matter, as long as the fabric you create isn't full of holes. I used a size 6 needle and it make a nice, soft fabric without being too loose or holey.
OTHER STUFF: a tiny amount of fiberfill, yarn needle, basic knowledge of short rows, picking up stitches, knitting in the round, and i-cord. there is not much in the way of seaming, except the legs. wahoo!
I would still say this is a pretty piquant little pattern, especially if you have never knit stuffed animals before.

That is startlingly true to the original. I'd be scared to come upon that at night.
