It's just normal long sleeves, no trim or anything ~ the person I had made it for originally had me make bell/flared sleeves which looked awesome but then changed her mind, so I took them in.

That's a really cute design idea. I like the trim you used as well. I've been thinking about making something for a friend, and it seems like this could be the way to go since it could easily fit a wide range of body sizes and shapes. Great job .
