When I saw this throw, I just HHAAAADDD to make it!!

http://www.coatsandclark.com/NR/rdonlyres/7A43742B-9250-4136-A09F-411F9954CA1D/131512/WR1745.pdf

I used Red Heart SuperSaver.
Sewing the squares together was kind of difficult because it's not a perfect square.
So the completed throw has an odd shape.

I really enjoyed making this throw.
It's a very unique pattern and has an interesting "look."

This pattern would also look very nice if done in 6 different shades of purple or 6 different shades of green.

Thanks for looking!!!

That looks pretty awesome. I like the color combination you picked. Thanks for the patten link, too. I've been wanting to make one for quite some time but I could only find knit versions of the pattern.

That's cool. I'd might have to try it. Do you have a pattern? (maybe this is the time to actually learn to read english patterns?)

I was able to finish 1 square in an evening.  There are 30 squares.
Of course I didn't work on it every night.
So it took me a couple months to make this throw.

I'm with you on that. I've taught myself to weave in the ends at once so I don't have like 300 threads waiting. When I made my big blanket with 320 granny squares in three colours each I almost didn't finish it because I got sick and tired of all the threads.
