Can you upload the picture to Flickr or somewhere and post a link to it? I used to use an old card catalog unit from the library and the modular plastic boxes from Darice, and I had the placard slot for labels but I found it more useful to put a few of each type of bead on a safety pin and hook the pin over the handle - that way I could see which beads were where. Of course, that worked best with seed beads and smaller crystals.
