So great. Fantastic. One year, I was Brak's mom for halloween. Maybe you could do the same and also make a (mini) brak's dad costume for your baby to carry around with you two? (Hippo too? cause he's just a lobster beanie baby. totally obscure -but you would know the truth?!) None the less I am so super impressed with the costume and how good it looks!

Your Brak costume is amazing. My husband saw it and asked what are the chances she will tell you how she did the mask? So I'm asking. Did you use paper mache for the form? Just a few hints would be appreciated. If you don't want to give away any secrets that is OK. You never know unless you ask. Right?

Oh!!!!!! That is the best idea ever! Brilliant! Do you have any pictures of your costume? I would love to see how you worked that out.

Hey, thanks! It was mostly poster board because I wanted it to be lightweight and comfortable. I'll try to draw something up for you when my baby naps. I did the head in two evenings and the body I just threw together.

Some friends of mine dressed up as chefs and dressed their daughter up as a lobster when she was about nine months old.
