I think I first saw this doll on craftster which led me the to Beth's web page here: http://byhookbyhand.blogspot.com/
This pattern was so much fun to work up and I plan on making a couple of more for Christmas presents.  This first one is mine though Wink because I always make mistakes with the first one, not because I'm greedy or anything...

I used caron simply soft for everything but the eyes.  I  used pearl cotton behind the safety eyes.

They really are!  I was thinking of starting a crochet-along for them for that very reason.  I want to make at least two more for Christmas presents, and I haven't even started using her clothes patterns Smiley  and thanks Smiley
