I heard about it on Road Food, I've never had one!

Do you guys know about Buckeyes (the candy, not the poisonous nut or the fan-crazed football team)?

1.  Be glad you don't live in the hellhole town I'm trapped in.
2.  Find a chess pie recipe online!  Yummmmm!  Worth trying, definitely!

ETA:  FYI, my Walmart has a clearance bin of the seasonally discontinued colors of Caron Simply Soft yarn marked down to $2 per skein.  The hookers and knitters may want to check where you are.

Hot browns are an amazing open-faced sandwich with turkey, bacon, tomatoes, and a cheese mornay sauce all over a good sourdough. Oh man, am I hungry!

OooOoOoooO! I make buckeyes every holiday! I have the best and most simple recipe for them:

1 stick of softened butter (whatever variety you use, I have made this recipe vegan and it tastes just as yummy)
1 C peanut butter ( creamy. but whatever)
1 16oz bag of confectioner's sugar
1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips

Mix 1st 3 ingredients together and form 3/4 inch balls. Chill in fridge for 2 (or more) hours. Mix chocolate over double broiler and then dip balls in chocolate. Refrigerate until cool and enjoy!

On a crafty note, I am really excited to be crafting someone else's other, but I am kinda secretly ( Lips sealed) hoping for a guy to craft for. I love crafting for guys, but living with three dudes, most of the time I just don't want to craft for them HAHA. Oh well.... here's to partners!!

Totally make Buckeyes every year for Christmas too, only in my family we have always called them peanut butter balls (so original).
