John, I love the block you made for me.  I've never tried paper piecing and you have inspired me to give it a try.

Anyone wanna help a good cause and buy a sonography class cookbook so I can go to a seminar in September? They are $15 alone, and $20 with handmade potholders. PM me!

I didn't realize another round had started!  The blocks are all looking great and it so neat to see that some of the folks from the last round are back in again.  Keep making beautiful blocks!

MONDAY UPDATEI know my Monday update is a day early but we'll be out of town for a couple of days so I thought I'd post now.  Nothing new to report.  Need to get motivated and inspired.  Maybe after my mini vacation!

posted blocks for gingerquilts and summertimerolls.  Realized from the picture I have to fix Rita's because I set the corners wrong.  John's is almost done, then only two left!

I'm loving all the blocks that I'm seeing and have received some great ones, too!

I just mailed the last ones out, so now I can play with EQ to design my quilt Smiley

Oh my goodness!  I'm so embarrassed, but I figured I'd better post here too.  I sent off sloth's block with a mistake in it before I realized there was one.  Embarrassed  I was making it late at night and pretty much bagged it up right after I made it so I could get to the post office.  It should be a pretty easy fix, but still makes me cringe.  Definitely going to be looking at the next ones I make after a good night's sleep.

On a less embarrassing note, I love seeing all the fabrics together and I've been pulling the leftover scraps that came back to me to make a crazy quilt block to go on the back of my quilt.  I made it with a big center so I could sign it there and everything and I might just have to keep expanding it to see how big I can make it.  It will definitely help pep up the backing.
