summertimerolls ~ great blocks! the one for gingerquilts is very nice and sweet and great for her christmas fabrics and your block looks pretty cool with the three diagonal tiny blocks in the center! I'm loving that blue print!

shout4joy ~ I love the star block you made with your fabrics! totally cute and the colors are well balanced! Gingerquilts' block is fabulous! you really have perfect piecing! great block for summertimerolls! really like the center diamond and how the dashed fabric all goes the same direction!

gingerquilts ~ really awesome star block you made for yourself!! I love that star in a star pattern! very pretty!

Thanks Rita!  Your block is an Ohio Star and summertimerolls is based on the Martha Washington block.  I found it in the "It's Okay to Sit on My Quilt" book.

gingerquilts- beautiful squares.  I LOVE mine.  Wow, I'm a bit out of my league I think.
Also, I like your Ohio star. The flower in the middle is pretty. Ohio representin'!

I am waiting until I have a few finished before mailing them back, less trips to the PO.  But, I received my block back from shout4joy today.  Amazing-really in person it is so perfect.  Thanks ladies.

Oh my goodness!  You guys rock!  All the blocks I've seen on here are fantastic!  Need to get my fabric in the mail and get started on the fabric I have received.
