I fell in love with these as soon as I made them.
I used my handy dandy hot glue gun to attach the fabric, and let me just say, it works beautifully. The cutting of these sucks. I used a heavy duty razor,  thats why the handles on the second one are uneven. But i figure it adds charm.  Grin

I used blue hemp string to attach the handles.

This one I love more.

Thanks for looking!

Wow, so cool ^^ I assume you sewed the bag first, then attached the records? What kind of blade did you use to cut them exactly? Oh man, can you tell I want to make one?!  Grin (this rocks)

Actually, I didn't sew it to the record, I glued it piece by piece. The bottom first, then the sides, then I sewed the lining then glued it in there. Oh! I forgot to mention that there is also interfacing on the bottom and sides. I'm sorry I'm not making any sense am I?? Well I'm going to make another one soon, I'll post pics with a tute.
What I cut it with looks a lot like a box cutter. Only sharper.

these are quite cool! Smiley I really like the second one!
I've been makin' some record purses too lately, ( http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=311625.0 )
but i always sew the fabric to the record. Do you think the glue Will hold up? I can imagine that if i would do it with my glue gun it would get loose after using it a couple of times...

OMG!! Your record purse was my inspiration to try and make some for myself. Your like my record purse idol! HAHA.

And the glue holds these so well. The fabric isn't going anywhere.
