I'm going to go vend this event on the 26th so I figured I'd pass the info on.

ACFM 700 Lee & Main Downtown Lafayette
Premiere: Sept 26th 2009 6pm-11pm
FREE Admission to the Public

Sept 26th 2009 ---2 band slots and many free Vendor/Artists spaces still open

Oct 24th 2009 ---6 band slots open/ Vendors and artists needed

Nov  21st 2009 ---6 band slots open/ Vendors and artists needed

Dec 19th 2009 ---6 band slots open/ Vendors and Artists needed

2010 booking starts Early November, stay tuned

I'm not doing that one.I usually only do alternative or surreal art type shows,due to the nature of my work.

Are you doing the Fire and Water fest in December??

They can't take much of anything in art besides blue dogs,fleur de lis,magnolias and old Cajun shacks.
I'm sure if I did mardi gras paintings with girls showing their boobs for beads and people getting drunk it would be find and dandy.But do what I do and they get all upset.
It's really frustrating when you get no support from your home state.

I guess the average southern can't take bleeding babies.
