My friend is having a wedding in Las Vegas in December, and I am compiling a list of things to do, see, eat, etc.

I am looking for fun places to shop, not necessarily for craft supplies, but places that sell funky things. I am also looking for suggestions on fun things to do/ eat.

Calling all Vegas experts, could you help me out?

Thanks

M&M's World! Four floors of all things M&M. It's down by the MGM Grand.

I love the M&M world too.  Next to it, it is the world of coke cola or something.  It of course has all sort of Coke Cola related products.

for shopping i recomend buffalo exchange. an awesome selective thrift store. they just expanded so now its twice the fun, the hooka lounge is fun if your 21 but not into clubs. they have an awesome happy hour 1/2 off drinks and hooka for 7 bucks from 5-7. its part of paymon's medditeranean cafe wich has aweosme food, and is vegitarian friendly. me and my friends like to relax and hang out there before hittin the town... if you can afford it (i know i cant) Caesars palace just expanded their 'forum shops' and theres tons of stores there i wish i could afford to shop in. in this one store called chrome hearts, this designer guy takes everyday items like chucks, lighters, and even vaseline chapstick tubes and customizes them with chrome. The chucks have little daggers on the back and the shoelaces, and cross rivets, he makes chrome caps for your vaseline tubes or favorite lip gloss its crazy! If you happen to be here on a first friday of any month, downtown you should check out first friday every month it gets bigger and we get more galleries and more up and coming artists (including me Smiley ) there are also alot of crafters that participate. tinocos bistro is an awesome restaurant connected to the arts factory, a building filled with art galleries. for more info you can pick up a weekly magazine like las vegas weekly or city life, they're everywhere and they have all the info you need for music, food, art, clubs, bars, lounges ect..

Go to the Lied's Discovery Museum! Yes, it's for kids, but it's a lot of fun.
