made from my own pattern

When I set out to make a Wednesday Addams, I first tried to make a sculpey head. Twice I finished it, and twice it cracked in the oven. Then I made a needle sculpted head, that was not a little girl's face. So, I decided that I need to change direction, and make a simpler doll. I like the way she turned out, but, I'm fickle. I'm in love with what ever my current creation is at the time.

I love her also - the face is fab, she has a quasi-adult look to her, on the tv show and in the movies.

Great work.

Sometimes simpler is better.  You got a great likeness, and she looks great.

I'm glad you like her face. I did some sketches to try out on her using some of the Tim Burton characters as reference, and ended up coming back to the first face I'd drawn and making her mouth smaller.

Thanks Everybody. I think it's funny that it's this doll that inspired a Jack Skellington doll. I'm getting tons of orders for Christmas!
