My daughter is 6 months old and I am starting to get tired of her crib set.I bought it before she was born and had all these plans for her room but they never happened. I have a 2 year old son and my hubby had just got back from Iraq so I just kept putting it off. So ANYWAY i have been debating changing it. My hubby is gone again and I have no one to ask there opinion so here I am....

this is her current crib set

This is the one I'm thinking of buy

Her crib is white....

My question for you guys is do you think the deer one would be ok for a girl? I think it is adorable but im up in the air about it.

Thanks so much

Also I was thinking of adding a deer family to the wall in a garden? or something with flowers

That is so strange that you would ask that.  My husband and I looked at this set for our first baby, a boy (due in November!) and he said he thought it was to girly.  It's definitely think it is one of the cutest bedding sets I've seen and would be cute for a girl or a boy!

LOL ...I think I might just go for it . I found it for pretty cheap compaired to alot of other sets. My mom and sister in law said deers sound like boys my father in law said little girls love deer lol. Might as well get it and if hubby don't like it I'll blame his dad.

It looks very unisexe to me! I think it would be great for a girl! Fawns are so cute.... also reminds me of bambi.....

I reminded me of the Golden Book from when I was little. I found it on the military exhange but here the company website

I'm pretty sure it should have a were to buy section.

I love that is is organic too!

Totally perfect for a little girl! The colors are more classic, too, so if you have another baby, you can get more mileage out of the set....

Fawns are kind of a nice, non-gender-specific critter. And what little girl doesn't grow up to LOVE Bambi? Isn't it in the "bein' a girl" handbook somewhere...?  Wink

Good luck to you and yours- may your hubby be home soon, for good!  Smiley

awww that is so cute!  bambi is good for little girls too.  and as for the green & brown, well my sil just did her new baby girl's room that colour and it looks nice (ok the green she picked is a little too day-glo for my tastes and I like these softer greens a lot better)
