I'm getting excited about the MAQ.

Today, I have taught myself two new skills for possible inclusion in the quilt. One skill has gone well and will almost definitely be included.
The other I am slowly improving. I have created 2 pieces so far, but neither is good enough yet. I will continue to try as I think it would look great if it came off

Isn't that the greatest thing about this swap? I learned so much about quilting through these Art Quilt swaps, and will always try to join when one is available!

In the first round, it was my first ever. Since then I've made at least 6 different quilted projects. Love quilting now!

Oh Yes. I always try to use a new skill or technique in each swap. I find it keeps me creative.

And as for My MAQ; today I have been ****ing baby llama **** to be ****ed  with marbles *** rocks. Hope that is cryptic enough.

And yesterday's experiments at least clarified how I'm going to finish two areas of the quilt.
