Well, happy to say that Halloween is behind us and can now focus all of my time and creativity towards this quilt-which it rightly deserves!!

I've made a little bit more progress but currently cannot find my fusible webbing so I will go out and buy some more tomorrow.    Smiley

Got the base layer all pieced last night. I thought I had planned it so that it would be a simple act of sewing the pieces together then cutting off the excess to get the shapes I wanted. Well, that would have given me a strange 3-D kind of quilt. It turns out I had to sew a bunch of curves to get it how I wanted. I never sewed curves before! But it is looking pretty good!  Cheesy

Oh my goodness Mare Mare! It's so detailed! What a wonderful addition to Christmas decor! Even for a sci-fi theme, it's so serene. I love the fabric used for the sky... and want some. lol!

wow, MareMare, that's amazing!

I'm just about settled into my new place here in Tell City, IN!  We just need couches and we'll be alright.  I'm going to go job searching today and hopefully this evening I'll finish up the maq for playswithneedles.  Luckily, I can walk to the post office now so there won't be a mad dash when I'm all finished!
