I have been searching online and have found some fabric in Korea but was wondering if anyone knows where to buy that non slip fabric (with dots occasionally) that baby shoes usually have on the soles. Im making some for my son but cannot find it anywhere. If anyone has any idea i would be really greatful. Online preferably as im in Australia. Smiley

Thanks
Tia

I know alot of mama's that use fabric paint on the bottom of whatever material they choose to use as the sole, it's non-slip and doesn't peel off.

rubber shelf liner might work well, or fabric paint dots on.  For slipper feet, you could cheat and buy socks with the rubber stuff on them in the right color.

I just got some at Joann's, it was 4.99/yard. I had to ask the lady at the counter cuz I had NO idea what I was looking for other than "fabric for the bottom of pajamas so kids don't slip"  Cheesy

Here's the link for it on their online store: http://www.joann.com/joann/catalog.jsp?CATID=cat2099&PRODID=prd23661 Don't know where they ship to, though Sad

You could also use vinyl, suede or sudecloth or even recycle some leather Smiley

I'm a little slow finding this website but the product you are looking for is called Jiffy Grip.  Often comes in a package with 11" x 24" sheets.  Easy to find if you google Jiffy Grip.
Sorry i was so late but hopefully someone else can find this useful.

They also sell tubes of liquid stuff, as if it were glue, but to create shoe soles and decoration.  Look in the craft/quilting stores.
