OMG I love it!  Is it stretchy enough to put over your head or are there buttons on the back?  If you cared to share a tutorial on how to attach the feathers and how you used the different fabrics, I'd love to try something similar to this one day.

It's stretchy enough to pull over your head - what's more is that sari silk will stretch out and not return to its former tightness, so if you are making a hat or something with it, you may want to make it a little smaller than you need.

As for the feathers, I just covered the ends in fabric glue and wrapped silk floss around, leaving a little loop to stick my crochet hook through. This means the feathers have to be prepared a head of time. I'm experimenting with other ways of attaching them though - like maybe with jump rings? We'll see...
