So I have been trying my hand at embroidery lately here are the results:

First a warning that this project contains obscenities...

Ok next up a gift to a friend in remembrance of a job we had writing ads for job openings. The words embroidered were written late one evening as we deliriously struggled to meet a deadline. Someone out there was hiring a line cook at a famous pancake restaurant, and here's what we came up with:

Then a sweeter touch for my husband and his combined love of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Star Wars...

And there you have it!

These are both fantastic. Love the pancakes for some reason and I really dig the ATHF reference.
Way to go!

*Laughing helplessly*

As a former copywriter for commercial radio, I totally 'get' the pancake one!

Both pieces are wonderful, and your stitching is terrific!

Nicely done.

Glad I'd already had my pancakes before I read this. Smiley

I was SO in love with the pancake one. I was even gonna reply that I would have applied for that job if I saw an ad like that...

Then I saw Boba and my nerd hormones kicked in.

Geat job on both.
