Do you need help crafting gifts for your friends and family?  Do you want/need new holiday decorations?  Do you want a holiday surprise for yourself?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this is the swap for you!

Details of swap:
Stuff a flat rate box full of crafted goodies for your partner (minimum 8 points). We will be using the Medium Size Flat Rate box (your choice of either shape for $10.35 plus DC#).  Flat Rate Price and Size Chart

The intial 8 points should be items crafted mainly from supplies that you currently have in your stash.  To fill the rest of the box you may use store bought or other crafted items. Make sure you stuff the box to the fullest capacity. You can craft items to help your partner stuff stockings, fill his/her gift list, or get a head start making his/her holiday decor.

This swap is open to all winter holidays not just Christmas.  The main spirit of this swap is to have fun crafting for others!    I'll do my best to partner swappers according to their interests.

Swappers will be crafting items worth a total of 8 POINTS
1 BIG= 3 POINTS
1 MEDIUM= 2 POINTS
1 SMALL= 1POINT

Partners may swap more if they are both in agreement and able to send on or before the deadline of November 24th.

Please read the Swap Info Guide for info on the swap process and Swap Etiquette for a helpful guide on project size requirements.  If you have any questions about the swap please do not hesitate to PM me (imafundork).

There is a strict deadline because it's for Christmas/Winter Holidays. No one wants to get their presents next year. You must have completed as least 1 swap prior to this swap.  I reserve the right to refuse any swapper due to sending late, poor communication, etc. on previous swaps.

Clear, consistent communication is absolutely essential for a great swap experience.

Please make contact with your swap partner as soon as possible after partners have been assigned.
You will be expected to pm your partner and check-in with a reply on this thread at least once per week until you have sent.
I can't emphasize enough how important communication is to the swap process.
Please post a reply in this thread once you have PM'd imafundork with your completed questionnaire, to insure you do not miss any important information.

All participants will need to supply your organizer and your partner with a valid Delivery Confirmation Number upon mailing.

You must PM your organizer and your partner when you have sent and received.

You will receive feedback for this swap once your partner has received and you have posted pics of what you received in our gallery.

Oh I had so much fun with this swap last year I may have to try it again.  And I do have more stash than 4 people could use in a lifetime so I would have no trouble filling that requirement to use stuff from your stash.  But I think I need a bigger box?Huh?

I would definitely need a bigger box. Cheesy

I'm keeping this on my list of things to accomplish.  I have two other really big swaps and I want to see how much I can accomplish before sign-ups are done for this one.

LOL, there is nothing stopping you from using the $14 FRB...I have been known to do this.  Promise someone a small FRB for a swap and then bump it to a LFRB as I'm packing it because I had so many extra craft supplies I could share.

That's what I was going to suggest. If you and your partner agree to use to the larger flat rate box, that is perfectly acceptable.  Smiley
