Thought I'd show off the wisty surprise I sent gavagai. She had some quilled kit stuff on her wist, so I got her two beginner kits - one flowers and one called "garden pals" with little animals and such. They come completely with instructions and paper. I also sent a nice quilling cork board (I need to get one of these for myself!), a quilling tool and a simple quilled card.

It's a terrible pic because it was just a quick shot on my kitchen counter.

Click for close-up of the kits themselves:

I have dabbled in some quilling and it's cool and fun. Not many people do it so when I saw it on her wist, I wanted to encourage someone else to try it as well!

Hope you have fun learning to quill gavagai! Grin

I received a fabulous package for my nephews from leighi123. I received a while ago and am just now posting, I apologize! I've been hiding it from the boys so that they couldn't scatter the various parts before I got pictures of everything Grin She sent a great range of goodies for the boys, who are 5, 4, and 18 months.

Terry cloth stuffed car for the baby and awesome crayon roll that I think my middle nephew would appreciate.

Pirate hat they can share for dressup, and adorable pirate shorts that will either fit the baby or go on one of their teddy bears or stuffed puppies!

An Eye Spy bag and the crayon roll closed up, resting on a cape for dress up!

Thanks so much hon! I'll try to post pics of the boys when I hand the goodies over!

Ok I can't wait any more! I received the most awesome package from JanelleJ! A mario game magnet set!!!

It is sans magnets as of right now, but the magnets will be making their way to me soon  Cheesy I love this sooooo much! LOL. I might have to make a yoshi and co to go with mario because he and his little buddy might get lonely by themselves  Grin Grin Grin

She also included this really neat pendant that looks like its woodburned. I'm not sure if its wood, or like a coconut shell; it almost has that texture to it. Whatever it is its is awesome!

Thanks so much Janelle!!! The magnets alone were worth the wait  Wink

The mario perler bead magnets are great! I just recently started playing with them myself. Super fun but super precision needed at the same time. The set is fantastic though! Grin

After fearing my package from gavagai got eaten by the international mail monsters, it arrived thankfully last night! Grin She sent me two fabulous pendants that were packaged in neat matchboxes.

gavagai even fused the glass one herself! How cool is that? I've been wanting a fused glass piece for ages!

Thank you so much for the lovely surprise! Grin
