Details of swap:

Are you ready to collect a plethora of fun, handmade, play food for your little one(s)? Here is how it will work. Everyone will be put into a group of four to six other crafters. Each person in each group will declare a dinner (main dish and a side dish) that they wish to create in bulk. For example: April makes lasagna, June makes pizza, May makes mac and cheese, Autumn makes ravioli, and Summer makes spaghetti. April will then make 5 individual servings of lasagna, and sends one to each of her partners and so on… this way everyone ends up with a variety of dinner options. Also with this round will include halloween candy. This would be 2 to 4 pieces of fun size candy, like the kind you give out on halloween.

Signups end  9/25/09
Partners/Groups will be given by 9/26/09
Dessert declaration due by  9/26/09
Ship outs 10/30/09

Your Dinner must be:
A)   Hand made of course
B)   Machine Washable
C)   Non-toxic (these things might get gnawed upon!)
D)   It must be a single serving

Also, please check with your partners about the fanciability of your Dinner. I know I made up a word, but how else to describe it? If the dinner you want to make is going to go into the hands of a toddler perhaps it shouldn’t have seed beads on it, but if its going to a 8 or 10 year old (or a fun loving adult for that matter) those seed beads may be just the thing to make your crafty dessert into a true object d’art!

I'm in, too.  I'm making shish kabobs and baked potatoes.

I was going to ask about the "going green" stuff, too.  And if we're giving input on which people we would like in our groups based on what they are making.  I would LOVE a pizza!

I was going to do the halloween candy as well, but I think I'll opt out of that part . . . the munchkin is too little for candy.

as for the candy if you want to send both real and felt you can. was thinking of felt candy.

as for the go green and top list you can included that in the pm. we will at least try it with the go green for sure.

I can't sign up just yet, but will be in a few days. I'm in my first swap right now and have to wait for that to be over.

I am going to have to opt out of this swap just too busy working on my Halloween costume.  Very sorry.  Has the breakfast swap been done yet I really want to do that one.  I really want to make chicken and waffles.  So, just let me know.

I'm afraid I am going to have to pass this round but I am about half way done with breakfast because I thought that was going to be next.  So I will be doing bacon and eggs with toast.
