Details of swap:
Do you love Wes Anderson movies? Do the names Bill Murray, Owen Wilson and Anjelica Houston make you giddy? Well, you’ve come to the right place. This swap is for all lovers of Wes Anderson.

This is going to be a very low stress swap. You will be crafting 4 points worth of items for your partner. That means a large and a small or two mediums (or anything else equal to 4 points). I’ve allowed an entire month for crafting, so even though there aren’t many points, you will have enough time to make amazing crafts. Hopefully everyone will have received his or her package before the release of The Fantastic Mr. Fox!

So, if you like any or all of Anderson’s movies from Bottle Rocket to The Darjeeling Ltd (and soon to be The Fantastic Mr. Fox), come join the fun!

I would like everyone to post in this board about once a week. I’m not going to enforce the rule, but it will make my life easier. Please contact me about any concerns you have, the sooner I know about an issue, the faster it can be sorted. Happy crafting ☺

I might be a late add-on before time is up but I want in. And I want in bad. Man.

@papa justify - Well, I hope that you give in and join this swap. We would love to have you!

@dinosaur.collective and MlleAriella - I'm sure there will be another Wes Anderson swap in the future. It's too bad that you couldn't join this one, though!

I may finish my first swap before sign-ups close and possibly get feed-back early....how strict are you gonna be about the 25 person limit?

@jeniferpi - I don't think that 25 will sign up. But if more then that wanted to join I may look into getting a co-organizer. Wes Anderson Swap Take 2 only had 8 participants.
I hope that you get your feedback in time!

I think I just might be able to pull it off. Especially since you are allowing a month to craft. I am currently doing the day in the life of.....photo swap and I started shooting on my b-day which was the 11th.

My ex and I dressed up as members of team Zissou for Halloween like 3 years ago, it was a big hit at the party we went to. My head is already filled with loads of ideas for this swap......if not this one, I will patiently wait for another.

@ jeniferpi - Yeah, I am in that swap too (just left a comment after yours). I'm afraid to start taking pics yet though. I think starting to take pics on your birthday is a great way to start that swap! Happy Belated!

Did you have the hats? Where you supposed to be certain members or just part of the team?

no we came up with the idea months in advance and scoured thrift stores for just the right items, (toy) handguns and all. No specific team members, just members, with a big Z embroidered on the shirt. There were actually more people than we expected who got the costumes, I think it made a difference that there were more than one of us.
