My friend was getting rid of a box of stuff and I found some good stuff in there (well, a lot of things to make new things out of, which is always good)
anyways, this was in there and it was one of those boxy, yucky feeling tshirts...soooo....

the black part ues to be a mesh shirt. the mesh was surprisingly easy to sew with the machine, i thought it would stick.

i might put this on there, i'm not sure where though. Just a bow made from the old sleeve and some extra meshy stuff.

i don't know what the measurements are for this, but i'll look. it's a little big on me, like in the chest and stuff, and i'm pretty small. i think i'll will probably put this on my site sometime.

p.s. don't mind the threads, haven't cut them off yet, so it looks all messy.

Very very cute! We have some shirts that need a new look. My daughter is very slender and at a recent concert opted for a child's tshirt since the Adult Small was huge.  The neckhole is a bit tight though so she's planning to  cut it out, add shoulder straps and slits down the side.

BUT when i showed her your shirt she suddenly knew why she was saving a too large and boxy army green mesh hoody. lol.  I predict a weekend of  "reconstruction" SmileySmiley Thanks for the awesome idea and inspiration ! (you mentioned a site...do you sell stuff ?)

i'm planning on selling stuff, once i start making enough stuff to post on it. right now, i just have some stuff as examples..
i should also stop procrastinating, ha.
anyways, it'll have "reconstructed" things and knit and crocheted stuff like hats and scarves and things and then some purses and change purses.

but then, that's just me being optimistic [:
