And I love it...  Cheesy Cheesy

It's simple, although the fabric was impossible to work with and made it quite difficult to make...

Enough said... pictures:

Absolutely beautiful... It would make a gorgeous evening dress too or a set.  Did you use a pattern?

Thank you all!!!!! Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Yes I used a pattern... I made one copying it from one of my regular t-shirts, and with that pattern I've been playing around: changing things all over, adding pieces of fabric...

That's the only pattern I need to make all of my tops, just a very simple one... the same thing with pants. I think I wouldn't be able to make something out of a store bought pattern... I know nothing about sewing, techniques and all that stuff, I just do what I think will work. Lol.

dude, it looks soooo good! i love the simple detailing on top. what do you mean you used a pattern of a regular t-shirt? did you undo the seams or did you just use the general shape? and how much extra fabric did you use on top? what kind of material is this?sorry for all the questions, but i totally want to make one for my friend who i think could rock this look really well. it is really that pretty! great job! thanks!

Wow, Im impressed with all of your feedback. Thank you very much!

rubrducke0 Ill try to answer you the best way I can. I dont speak English, but Ill try to explain myself.
First of all thank you so much! I really appreciate your words.

The first time I made a top, I grabbed one of my t-shirts, I placed it on top of a news paper and drew the shape of it. Thats how I got the pattern. I strongly believe that with the pattern I have, I can make any kind of top and thats what Ive done, every top Ive made, starts from the same basic pattern drawn on the news paper (of course I had to readjust the pattern several times in the beginning because the first time I did a top with it, it came out too tight). I hope that answers your question.

The extra fabric I used to make the detail on top was a rectangle  of fabric of about 30x60cm, more or less It was just scratch that was going to be leftover.

This fabric is Stretch Silk (or so Ive been told, lol.) very cheap, 1 yard is about 4$ and Its plenty of fabric to make at least 2 tops.

Id love to see it if you finally make it.

Treep I know you can do it! Lol.

funkyteal Thank you, its really easy to make Its just what you see: a tube top with a piece of fabric sewn to de side seam and to the back.

Brynns Mom thank you. Id love to sell it, but I cant. The top part of it must fit perfectly to the person so that the end result is wearable. And there is no way I can understand measurements lol.

Thank you, thank you, thank you...  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
