I totally forgot to post, but I got my CD from meowsley the other day! I haven't listened to it yet, but I'm gonna put it on my ipod later tonight.

all of the music i used i got from my own CD collection. however, i'm a big fan of kazaa lite for the illegal file sharing and www.emusic.com for the legal stuff. emusic.com is a great buy at $9.99 a month for 25 downloads or $14.99/mo for 65 downloads. i also have burned copies of music CDs from my local library. it's a great way to test out new bands and music types without putting out money...

I'm so inspired by all these CDs! I can't wait to participate in a swap!
Here's a question: Where do you guys download your music from? Right now I'm using Napster, but I'm not sure how happy I am with it.

I downloaded a program called morpheus, and I download off of that, you can download the program at morpheus.com. I am happy with the program, most of the time, and it's not that good to have it if you have an older computer.

That is what my uderstanding was. So if you sent 2 and only got 1 you should still be getting one but at this point anyone who is still gonna send should have PM'd their recipients or posted on one of the threads so......

"Hammer" is currently blaring out of my stereo as I type! I can't wait to show this one in particular to my boyfriend (Before I break his HEAD with a hammer since I just found Girls Gone Wild in the DVD player and so obviously he's been only pretending to have contempt whenever the commericals come on, but anyway....he was trying to sing the Stones song Monkey Man to me two days ago, and I had no idea what the hell he was talking about. I thought it must be some Stones tune I'd mysteriously never heard...it's not of course, he's just not Mick Jagger, I guess. )

These CDs are going to get heavy rotation.  Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.

Hey Guys,

First off: I am sorry for leaving you all in the lurch.  No excuse, just something that happened, and shouldn't have.

Second, where I was: Guatemala. I've been working at an orphanage for 8 days.  Between packing, etc., I thought I'd PMed everyone who was to receive from me, letting you all know I will be sending out ... tomorrow.  Apparently I either missed a few or that PM didn't send after all. 

Third, for everyone who hates me: you have a damn good right to do so.  Carry on.

Fourth, for everyone organizing/participating in the swapangel doodle: you guys are true angels.  You didn't have to, and you did.  I humbly salute you.

Fifth (finally): I sincerely WILL mail out to my folks tomorrow.  I am sorry I didn't do it the Thursday before I left.  I wanted to do more than just marker the CDs, but the jewelcase inserts I printed weren't the right size, because I'm a dork, and... well at any rate I ran out of time.

To anyone worried that they are on the flake list, I have yet to PM mods with flakers.  There are only a few true flakes that I know of, and you should know who you are -- I've PMed you.  I will do a once-over of everything that has happened the past ten days or so and give you all a final update by tonight.

Again, guys, I'm sorry.  Hate on if you feel called to do so.  I wouldn't blame you.
