Cute! I'm in love with the peachy color, saw that you used blush-very creative.  I love the simplicity of it as well, since so many playthings nowadays are loaded up with tons of "whistles and bells".  Nice job.

I came up with this super hero in high school that was a bunny. Like Sailor Moon, only a bunny (hehe get it, Super Bunny, Usagi is Sailor Moon...get it?). Anyway, I'm trying to crochet a doll of her and it's just taking too long for me, I'm thinking of doing a plushie instead. I love this design you came up with. Post any outfits you make"^.^"
