Oh, this is my favorite time of year. I love the undead, almost as much as they love me, and I'm definitely pulling out the zombie costumes this year. I can't do it this gruesome for work, unfortunately, but I love doing this kinda stuff. Too bad its a little awkward at any other times of year!

By FAR my favorite day. It was Dress As Your Hall Day, and ours was "The Jungle". Some generic cliche used so seniors could dress in tiny loincloths? Nope! I suffered as a victim from The Ruins, and it was amazing! I was 'sunburnt', ravaged, bloody, and had vines like these everywhere :]

Andy, Ashley, and I on Dress As Your Hall Day (Haunted House). She wasn't a zombie until we stuck a piece of Andy on her, so it looks a little out of place Smiley

My whipped ice dairy drink brings the attention of many males to my place of residence and/ or employment, and they declare that its quality far surpasses that of yours. Absolutely, it far surpasses yours. I could convey to you the recipe, but i would have to demand compensation.

Awesome!!!!!!!!!
Did you use fake blood or something else??? I find theatrical blood to be too bright. Yours doesn't seem to do that.
I agree. It stinks that you can't dress up like a zombie at other times. I would LOVE to do that, but I think that an undead easter bunny would kind of freak out any little kid who saw me.

Great work!

Thank you! And I agree, an undead easter bunny would be hardcore.

I start off with toilet paper, and use spirit gum adhesive to attach it wherever I want some gore. I never use fake blood, because of the brightness. I mix up vaseline with red food coloring, and dab it on the tissue. Its not too bright, plus the vaseline adds to the gooey, fresh wound effect. Then, I finish off with patting on a bit of cocoa powder; it helps darken up the rotting pieces, and add a nice touch. Plus, it smells nice Smiley

I will have to try that. I've never thought of using vaseline to make it gooey. Thanks!
