I just made this using almond milk and it is awesome. Can't wait for it to freeze, I put in a tupperware container because I did not have the Popsicle mold, and of course I did add some Kahlua.

oh my goodness...! In Raleigh, we have a great little popsicle shop called Locopops and they have a Mexican Chocolate pop that is, wow, just wow. I must try this recipe in the warmer months ahead.
