I'm kind of obsessed with my new popsicle recipe. Might make it again tomorrow, in fact. If you're a coffee/ice cream/creamy fan, you'll probably love it too.

Excuse the mini popsicle... I should've filled my molds a bit more.

Basically all you have to do is mix these things:

    * 1/2 cup heavy cream
    * 2 Tbsp whole milk
    * 1 Tbsp maple syrup
    * 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
    * 1 tsp instant coffee granules
(use a whisk so you make sure to dissolve all the coffee completely)

And then put it in popsicle molds or cups w/a popsicle stick in the freezer for a while... Don't make too much at once though or you'll be kind of bloated when you finish them... it's hard to eat just one of these babies.

That sounds really good. I wish my husband ate more sweets because then I wouldn't feel like a little piggy when I make deserts for us. He usually doesn't eat too much and then I end of eating about 3/4 (or more) of whatever I made.

Aww that's sad livelong. I guess I'm lucky my husband has the sweet tooth and not me... he eats most of whatever sweet things I make. Smiley

Oh and LiveLongandCraft,  I'm in your boat.  Made 3 pies and I ate 2 of them.....  for some reason he just doesn't like the sweets either.

Now what would happen if I was making this and a little bit of Kahlua happened to *accidentally* fall in...

Such a shame.
