Here's a brooch I just made, using felt and embroidery thread. It's inspired by tattoos (in this case japanese waves). It's a wee bit wonky but I'm still pretty happy with the result.

What do you guys think? Smiley

I think it's awesome! Looks very much like japanese style waves which is very cool. This would be a neat and creative boutonnière for a crafty/tattooed wedding or something. *inspired* =)

I love everything about it! Colors, texture, design - everything. And that though I usually dont like felt too much, because to me it looks clumsy, harmless in a way. But this one... LOVE!
Plans to make more of these? Please show!

Blushing again, thank you! Grin I am hoping to do more tattoo related ones. I agree with you that sometimes they can look clumsy so I'm taking my time with the patterns- I don't want them to look twee.
