this may already be a question on here buttt...
is there anywhere i can buy wooden purse handles? online or something maybe? the one's i'm getting now cost about five bucks a pop and i feel like everytime i buy one, a small part of me dies. five dollars for handles. ::sob:: it's madness.

There are several places online, but,by the time you add shipping, it would come to about the same. Lately, my Joanns has had most of their wood handles on close out and I have gotten quite a few there.  And I know some people go to Goodwill, and such, buy the purse just for the handles.   There is also ebay, but I have not been thrilled with the selection on ebay.   I keep thinking I need to learn to make them in my woodshop!
