She sent me these inchies and I made the frames out of paint chips, using the pre-cut window. The frames measure about 1.5 inches finished. I am going to try various treatments, like Christmas ornaments, and such with the others. There is a layer of sheet protector plastic, finished with poster board, and the stand is also poster board. I shaped a finger-nail dip in the back cover, and angled and scored the stand, so it folded back cleanly, and wasn't standing too straight up. Now to make my own first batch of real inchies! Thanks. Lovesclutter, THIS ONE'S FOR YOU! K

I hope you all like this idea!
Lovesclutter, I'm going to send you some of these tomorrow! Choose from the colors you see with no inchies in them. HUGS! K
As soon as she gets her mail, I'll post photos of the ones I sent, along with new versions of this very basic theme.

I am starting a new post with the new pictures! They are a completely different group, and will take up too much space.

Don't you dare. That is so ingenious. And those are yours! I don't draw so you should feel special. What a GREAT  treatment. Really great. Now they stand on their own. Where  did you find pre-cut paint chips. I've never seen them.

I'm so glad you like them!
I was in Walmart yesterday, and the Dutch-boy display hit me in the face!
I thought COLORED PAPER!!!... "But wait, there's holes in them..." Then I realized that could be a GOOD THING! These were a generous size, about... let's go measure...they're 2.25 x 4" ; and after I cut the end off to use for these, & after trimming thier name off, I only had a 1/4 " border to work with....unless I wanted to leave Dutch Boy on the edge; and just cover it somehow... but I just trimmed it even.
Oh, the hole measures an exact 1" square, but the inside rounded corners help to hold  in the inchie. I had to be careful to glue the back with a toothpick, in a precise way, so that the inchie did not slip down inside it. Also, I had to be careful to keep glue from seeping out when the layers were pressed. It was critical to keep the plastic clean however for inchies with buttons and things, I reccommend omitting the plastic.PLASTIC ALSO MAKES IT HARD FOR THE GLUE TO STICK, SO THEY HAD TO BE TOUCHED UP. I used several hard books, and put them between waxed paper, with the books on top to dry. This pressed them flat. I left them to dry for the night.
I still have a nice clean piece of colored paper, see last photo- with only a number in the corner to get rid of. I'm not sure what I'll do with those, but on this scale; nothing gets thrown away!
I'm going to send you some- so just accept it! You don't have to send me anything back. K

Thanks So Much!
I'm really getting into this right now. Had to take it to the next level... Leather and beads, some will be Christmas Ornaments, some will be refrigerator magnets. Perhaps on the cover of a mini Book?

That's 3 days! If you don't get it tomorrow, then it got stolen! If it gets lost, I'll have to send you more.
I'm really excited how these things are turning out.
A monster. Definitely! We have babies hatching!

It's not stolen, it just takes a lot of time anymore. I'm going to have to print off some new style of backgrounds and make some more. That 44 cents swap is a good one to send inchies on.
