This must be my favorite bag I've made out of a keyka lou pattern!!
It's a charm school bag. I enlarged it to 115%.

I love it!!! Smiley I made it to sell on a tattoo convention next weekend, but I think i will have to make one for myself if i sell it Wink It is actually much nicer in real, but i really wanted to share it with you all.

Keyka lou has a 30% discount that lasts till Monday evening Wink

I really like this bag.  Based on your recommendation I bought the pattern.  I hope to make one soon.  Maybe tomorrow.

I have an eye for symmetry and i deperately want to change the handle so that its an inch top of the cut out and bottom of the cut out.  its just the way my brain sees things.  Do you see any reason why that wouldn't work?  ie way it opens, etc?

(and I missed her sale by one day Sad  still bought two)

BattleAxe,
I think the thing that you have to watch for with the handle cut-out is that you can still close your hand around the handle.  If you wanted the opening to be situated in the middle of the handle, you might have to make the handle shorter than Calachuchi did.

That's what I'm thinking but shortening it between the bag body and the handle whole.  Leave it the same position from the top.

I can't help it... my mind likes symmetry :/

BattleAxe,
I wonder if you could change it so that the opening was bigger and get your symmetry that way?

Maybe.  She also enlarged it by 115%.  I'll make it tomorrow and see how it goes.
