I'd swear I commented on this already, but I guess I only bookmarked it! Thanks for such a detailed tutorial- I have wanted to make a backpack for a while now, but didn't want to fuss with figuring it all out. You just saved me the trouble!

Thanks for the comments, am enjoying my backpack though one part my sewing machine refused to double stitch which I ended up doing my hand. I'd love to see what you made!
