The sword would be awesome. A broom stick with a wrapped handle and a big ol folded piece of corrugated painted with blood and pieces of flesh would be nice. Wink It can even be a bit smaller. I'm just saying.

Yeah, that's the way I was going to do it!  But sadly, I do not want to be hassled at my campus pub - the security is stupid and any over large props make them nervous.  Plus, the pub gets jam-packed, no room to breathe or to even move.

However, I will be designing the sword over the coming summer for Anime North, if I go.  (Hate being in residence, almost no crafting to be done!)

I have made two HUGE Pyramid Head helmets in the past three years. For dollar store items, you did a fantastic job! A plastic machete works well in place of a sword. I made mine out of a long thick and skinny scrap piece of wood and Styrofoam carved into shape and then covered with posterboard, paint, and love.

I am a HUGE Pyramid Head fan, and I instantly recognized who the helmet belonged to when I saw it on the main page. Great job!

Thanks!  I usually use dollar store stuff anyhow for my costumes - that way I don't feel bad for trashing them or making them bad!

I love PH - I was on youtube and he seems like a crowd pleaser for everyone!  Cheesy

Also, what reference pictures did you use?  I went with a cross between the movie and video game ones.
